Clarifies that appointed members of the Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Board serve until the expiration of their term or until a successor is appointed, whichever is later.

Establishes that the executive committee member from the excavation/construction industry has no term limitations.

Limits all other executive committee members to two consecutive one-year terms, with eligibility to serve again after a one-year break.

Prohibits executive committee members from voting on matters involving their own employer as the alleged violator or damaged party.

Effective July 1, 2020.
