Adds definition of "transactional information" to Mississippi Pawnshop Act, requiring it to include a clear description of pledged items with model and serial numbers, the original transaction date, and the maturity date.

Requires pawnbrokers to provide "transactional information" (rather than all transaction records) to law enforcement agencies upon request, with electronic transmission required within 72 hours if law enforcement provides appropriate software.

Reduces the mandatory holding period for purchased goods from 21 calendar days to 14 calendar days if pawnbrokers make transactional information available electronically or on computer disc to law enforcement.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
