Revises the distribution of Mississippi Code of 1972 sets by moving six sets to PEER Committee, three sets to Legislative Budget Office Director, and six sets to Department of Corrections from the general listing to a separate underlined section for clarity.

Requires elected state officials, elected state district officials, and members of the Legislature to receive bound volumes of the Mississippi Code of 1972 upon written request to the Joint Committee on Compilation, Revision and Publication of Legislation.

Maintains existing distribution requirements for all other state entities, including judicial officers, state agencies, universities, and local government officials as previously specified.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
