Authorizes the Attorney General to prosecute investigations conducted under the authority of Section 7-7-211 upon official request by the Office of the State Auditor.

Adds "official corruption" as a category alongside white-collar crime and computer crime that the Attorney General is authorized to investigate and prosecute.

Defines "official corruption" to include crimes such as embezzlement by public officials, extortion by public officials, bribery of public officials, and any crime investigated under Section 7-7-211.

Updates references from "Highway Commission" to "Mississippi Department of Transportation" in the list of crimes under the Attorney General's jurisdiction.

Amends Section 7-5-37 to include prosecution of investigations conducted under Section 7-7-211 authority when officially requested by the State Auditor.
