Updates precinct names in the Fourth Circuit Court District (Leflore, Sunflower, and Washington Counties) to conform to 2010 Census data, replacing outdated nomenclature from previous legislation.

Maintains four circuit court subdistricts with boundaries based on 1990 census precincts as required by law, while using 2010 census precinct names and the Census Bureau's 2010 TIGER/Line Shapefiles for boundary definitions.

Directs the Standing Joint Legislative Committee on Reapportionment to provide counties with census block equivalency files and maps to help identify subdistrict boundaries.

Incorporates the Split Precinct Block List from House Bill 703 (2015) to detail which portions of partial or split precincts (marked with asterisks) belong to each judicial subdistrict by census block number.

Authorizes the Secretary of State to correct any omissions, overlaps, or errors in district descriptions upon joint request of the Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House, with an effective date of April 22, 2015.
