Authorizes the Mississippi Division of Medicaid to extend its Medicaid Management Information Systems and Decision Support System contracts in effect on June 30, 2020 for up to two years without complying with state procurement regulations.

Allows these contract extensions to proceed without following Section 25-9-120 requirements or state procurement regulations that would otherwise apply.

Amends Section 43-13-121 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to provide this extension authority to the Division of Medicaid.

Takes effect upon passage.
