Amends Section 79-29-1072 to add grounds for administrative revocation of foreign limited liability company registrations in Mississippi.

Adds delinquency in tax or other payments owed to the State of Mississippi as reported by the Department of Revenue as a new ground for revocation.

Renumbers existing provisions, with misrepresentation in applications or reports becoming ground (g) instead of (f).

Requires the Secretary of State to provide at least 60 days' notice before effective date of administrative revocation, addressed to the company's registered agent or the company itself.

Allows foreign limited liability companies to cure failures before the revocation effective date to maintain authority to transact business in Mississippi.
