Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-15-51 to add civil liability immunity for child advocacy centers and multidisciplinary team members acting within the scope of official duties.

Provides limited immunity from civil damages when team members, in good faith, refer alleged child abuse reports for investigation, conduct investigations, make investigative judgments, or release information to protect children.

Immunity does not apply if a multidisciplinary team member is not acting in good faith.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
