Amends Section 27-104-301, Mississippi Code of 1972, to clarify uses of the 2018 Transportation and Infrastructure Improvements Fund for the City of Guntown and City of Bruce.

City of Guntown receives $350,000 to assist with repair, replacement, renovation, demolition, construction and other improvements to municipal structures on or near Main Street.

City of Bruce receives $200,000 to assist with repairs, resurfacing and other improvements to roads in the city and construction of walking and bicycle trails in the municipality.

The 2018 Transportation and Infrastructure Improvements Fund was previously established to disburse monies for various transportation and infrastructure projects across Mississippi municipalities and counties.

The act takes effect upon passage.
