Amends Mississippi Code sections 33-13-155, 33-13-157, and 33-13-159 to authorize general and special courts-martial to order forfeiture of all pay and/or allowances as a punishment option.

General courts-martial may impose forfeiture of all pay and/or allowances in addition to existing penalties (fines up to $2,000 and/or confinement up to six months).

Special courts-martial may impose forfeiture of all pay and/or allowances in addition to existing penalties (fines up to $1,000 and/or confinement up to 100 days for a single offense).

Summary courts-martial may impose forfeiture of all pay and/or allowances in addition to existing penalties (fines up to $250 and other punishments).

Effective July 1, 2020.
