Creates the "Mississippi Corrupt Persons List" to be maintained by the Office of the State Auditor and publicly posted online by July 1, 2021, containing persons convicted of "white collar" crimes listed in Section 7-5-59(b).

Requires clerks of court to submit judgment copies and offender information within 60 days of conviction; registry must include photograph, full legal name, and identifying data but exclude social security numbers and driver's license numbers.

Maintains offender names on the list for 10 years from conviction date, or permanently if convicted of another registrable offense during that period; allows removal after 8 years if sentence is served and all fines and restitution are paid.

Prohibits persons on the corrupt persons list from serving as lobbyists, being hired by state or local governments for positions collecting fees or rates, or being appointed to offices of profit, trust, or honor (including school boards).

Act takes effect January 1, 2021, and automatically repeals December 31, 2021.
