Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-29-51 to clarify that defendants cannot claim mistake of age as a defense when procuring prostitution services from a minor under 18 years old.

Removes the requirement that defendants have actual knowledge of the age of the person whose services are procured, making the offense a strict liability crime regarding age.

Establishes enhanced penalties for procuring services from minors: felony conviction with imprisonment of 5-30 years and/or fines of $50,000-$500,000, compared to misdemeanor penalties of up to $200 fine and 6 months jail for adult victims.

Applies the same strict liability age standards to promoting prostitution offenses, with identical enhanced penalties for minor victims and expanded provisions protecting trafficked minors from prosecution.

Takes effect upon passage.
