Amends Section 49-7-31.5 to clarify that transportation of wild hogs in Mississippi is a Class I violation, with penalties as provided under Section 49-7-141.

Removes the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks' authority to issue permits for transportation of feral hogs, live swine, or Russian boars on public roads or off the property where captured.

Prohibits any person from transporting live feral hogs, wild swine, or Russian boars on public roads or relocating them within the state without authorization.

Maintains exemption for lawful transport of domestic swine for customary agricultural or commercial purposes within or between states.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
