Establishes the Future of Mississippi Agriculture Act of 2020 to authorize the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce to coordinate responses to critical issues facing agriculture and expand markets nationally and internationally.

Authorizes the Department to operate an agricultural entrepreneurial center and Genuine MS agriculture marketplace on department property, develop marketing materials, partner with universities and extension services, and accept grants and sponsorships to support agricultural initiatives.

Increases the number of Agricultural and Livestock Theft Bureau investigators from nine (9) to twelve (12) and authorizes the bureau to conduct law enforcement training and assist other agencies in disaster response.

Creates a nuisance wildlife management program within the Department to assist with managing species such as beavers, feral swine, coyotes, and geese on private agricultural and forestry lands, with authority to accept and expend special funds.

Exempts rental fees for Department of Agriculture property, including the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum and Farmers Market, from interagency fee restrictions, and grants the Agricultural and Livestock Theft Bureau exemption from vehicle fleet management requirements for undercover operations.
