Requires inmates eligible for parole, post-release supervision, or probation to receive written notice before release that includes release date, maximum supervision period, conditions for potential reincarceration, and authorization for searches of person, residence, and vehicle without warrant or cause.

Notice must be provided in writing, read aloud to the inmate, and acknowledged by the inmate before release.

Requires Mississippi Department of Corrections to list parolees and probationers on the National Crime Index Computer with information about their probation or parole status and duration.

Applies to inmates eligible for release on or after July 1, 2020, and prohibits law enforcement from conducting searches solely for harassment purposes.

Amends sections 47-7-3, 47-7-33.1, 47-7-34, 47-7-35, and 47-7-47 to require notification be included in parole release, post-release supervision, probation, and earned probation programs.
