Authorizes gaming on vessels on the Pearl River within the corporate limits of municipalities with a population of 150,000 or more according to the most recent federal decennial census.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 67-1-71, 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25, and 97-33-27 to add Pearl River gaming exemptions to existing cruise vessel gaming provisions.

Exempts Pearl River gaming vessels from state laws prohibiting illegal gambling, pool selling, horse race betting, and possession of gambling devices, consistent with existing exemptions for Mississippi River and coastal cruise vessels.

Permits gaming equipment and devices to be owned, possessed, and operated on Pearl River vessels under the same conditions as other legally authorized gaming venues.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
