Creates the Mississippi Marketplace Facilitator Act of 2020 to regulate online marketplace platforms and their sales tax collection obligations.

Expands the definition of "retailer" and "doing business" to include persons who facilitate the sale of tangible personal property belonging to third parties.

Establishes that marketplace facilitators are responsible for collecting and remitting sales and use taxes on sales made through their platforms by marketplace sellers, with audits conducted on facilitators rather than individual sellers.

Defines "marketplace facilitator," "marketplace seller," and "remote seller" and subjects those with sales exceeding $250,000 in any consecutive twelve-month period to Mississippi's sales and use tax requirements.

Provides that marketplace facilitators may be relieved of liability for incorrect tax collection if they can demonstrate they made reasonable efforts to obtain correct information from marketplace sellers, unless the parties are related.
