Amends Section 29-5-77 of the Mississippi Code to authorize the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) to enter into a contract with the Department of Agriculture and Commerce to provide security personnel at two Jackson locations: the Department of Agriculture building at 121 North Jefferson Street and the Mississippi Farmers Market at the corner of High and Jefferson Streets.

Specifies that the DFA will not post stationary security personnel at these buildings but will instead provide regular vehicle patrols and responses to security system alarms.

Also authorizes similar security contracts between the DFA and the Mississippi Fair Commission for the Mississippi State Fairgrounds Complex and between the DFA and the Department of Revenue for the Alcoholic Beverage Control facility and Department of Revenue main office.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
