Expands the definition of "active supervision" by the Occupational Licensing Review Commission to include review of existing occupational regulations, not just proposed ones.

Authorizes the Commission to review existing regulations on its own motion and either declare noncomplying regulations invalid after 60 days or allow licensing boards to amend them to comply with state policy.

Requires occupational licensing boards to submit proposed regulations to the Commission before filing with the Secretary of State or becoming effective.

The Commission, composed of the Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General, must ensure occupational licensing boards comply with state policy regarding occupational regulations.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
