Amends Section 25-3-43 of Mississippi Code to revise the geographical limitation on expense allowances for Supreme Court Justices and Court of Appeals judges.

Expands expense allowance eligibility to include days when justices and judges are attending to judicial duties in their respective districts, not just in Jackson, Mississippi.

Limits the monthly expense allowance to 20 days total, with no more than 8 days permitted for attending judicial duties in the judge's home district.

Expense allowance equals the maximum daily federal government travel rate for Jackson, Mississippi's high-rate geographical area.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
