Persons under 21 who falsely claim to be 21 or present false identification to purchase alternative nicotine products face penalties of $25-$100 or at least 30 days community service.

Prohibits students at any elementary, middle, junior high, or high school from possessing alternative nicotine products on school property; violating minors can be ordered to perform up to 3 hours of community service with records expunged upon completion.

Requires retailers to notify employees of age restrictions and obtain signed agreements; mandates point-of-sale warning signs at least 8.5 by 11 inches stating products cannot be sold to persons under 21; allows law enforcement to use persons under 21 in compliance checks with parental consent.
