Creates new Section 73-5-34 of Mississippi Code to define and permit mobile barbershops as readily movable facilities where barbering is practiced outside of fixed locations.

Allows barbershops already licensed under Section 73-5-33 to operate as mobile shops.

Authorizes the Board of Barber Examiners to adopt regulations governing mobile barbershops, including licensing, permitting, fees, operations, reporting requirements, and inspections.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
