Amends Section 43-13-117 of the Mississippi Code to authorize reimbursement for telehealth services provided by federally qualified health centers and community health centers.

Requires the distant or hub site provider to be reimbursed the applicable Medicaid fee for telehealth services provided.

Establishes that telehealth services from federally qualified health centers and community health centers shall be billed at the same face-to-face encounter rate used for all other Medicaid reimbursements under the prospective payment system.

Effective date: July 1, 2020.
