Amends Section 43-13-117 of Mississippi Code to add community-based home-visitation, pregnancy and postpartum support services as a covered Medicaid benefit for eligible mothers and children under one year of age.

Services must be authorized by the Division of Medicaid with approval from the Governor and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Medicaid reimbursement for these services is subject to state appropriations and available federal matching funds.

The bill takes effect July 1, 2020.
