Provides a $5,000 annual salary supplement to licensed teachers with five or more years of experience who teach at least one full academic year in an "F"-designated school within an "F"-designated school district.

Authorizes reimbursement for relocation expenses (up to $1,000) and interview expenses for teachers meeting the qualifications under the new subsection, if funds are available.

Allows teachers qualifying for the supplement to receive reimbursement for moving expenses on more than one occasion, creating an exception to the existing one-time reimbursement limit in Section 37-159-5.

The supplement is in addition to any other salary supplements the teacher may qualify for under existing provisions for National Board Certification or geographic area assignments.

Effective July 1, 2020.
