Enacts the "Our Children's Health Impacts Our Future Law" requiring parents, legal guardians, or legal custodians to acknowledge receipt of notice regarding the importance of medical and dental physicals for children enrolling in Mississippi public schools.

Requires a checkbox statement on school registration forms stating: "By checking this box, I am acknowledging I have received notice that it is beneficial to the overall health of my child and is important that my child receive a medical and dental physical prior to the first day of school if he or she has not already received one."

Parents, legal guardians, or legal custodians must check the box and sign the acknowledgment at the start of each academic school year.

When a child transfers between school districts without a signed acknowledgment from the previous school, the new school must communicate the notice and obtain the parent's or guardian's signature and checkbox acknowledgment as soon as possible.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
