Renames the "Mississippi Direct Primary Care Act" to the "Mississippi Direct Health Care Act" throughout Section 83-81 of the Mississippi Code.

Changes the definition of "primary care provider" to "health care provider" to broaden the scope of eligible providers beyond traditional primary care physicians.

Updates all related statutory references from "primary care" to "health care" in sections covering direct care agreements, services, marketing, and patient acceptance requirements.

Exempts direct health care agreements from State Insurance Department jurisdiction, consistent with existing law recognizing these as service contracts rather than insurance products.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
