Restores voting rights to Robert Warren of Sharkey County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility to vote due to a 1992 conviction for receiving stolen property.

Warren was originally sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections followed by five years' probation, and his probation was revoked on December 17, 2003.

After serving an additional two years, Warren was released to probation on July 22, 2004, and was fully discharged on November 5, 2004.

Warren has demonstrated law-abiding conduct and honorable citizenship since his discharge from probation.

The act takes effect upon passage.
