Appropriates $104,851.00 to the Mississippi State Board of Chiropractic Examiners for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021).

Requires the Board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail level as fiscal year 2020, with comparable budget requests submitted for fiscal year 2022.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when multiple equal bids are received or when making purchases without competitive bidding.

Specifies that appropriated funds must be expended in compliance with Mississippi Code Section 27-104-25 and that agencies cannot incur obligations exceeding their appropriation.

Effective July 1, 2020.
