Appropriates $1,344,238.00 to the Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 7 permanent full-time positions for the board with restrictions on salary increases and reallocation without State Personnel Board approval.

Allocates up to $27,000.00 to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program expenses.

Designates $250,000.00 specifically for implementation of a licensing system with no other use permitted.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
