Appropriates $293,857.00 in special funds from the State Treasury to the State Board of Funeral Services for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions for the board.

Requires the State Personnel Board to ensure personal services funding for fiscal year 2022 does not exceed fiscal year 2021 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the legislature.

Prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for authorized salaries.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
