Appropriates $3,500,308.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 18 permanent full-time positions for the board.

Allocates $260,000.00 specifically for replacing the agency's licensing system.

Establishes performance targets for fiscal year 2021 including issuing licenses within 10 business days (100%), processing renewals within 2 business days (100%), resolving written complaints within six months (100%), and registering physicians and pharmacists to the Prescription Monitoring Program at 99% and 99% respectively.

Allows the Board of Pharmacy to accept and expend funds from other state agencies to support the Prescription Monitoring Program.
