Appropriates $74,805.00 from the Special Fund in the State Treasury to the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Requires the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment if bids are equal in price, quality, and service, or when making purchases without competitive bidding.

Mandates compliance with Mississippi Code Section 27-104-25 prohibiting state agencies from incurring obligations exceeding their appropriation, with responsible officers held accountable for violations.

Directs the State Treasurer to disburse funds by warrant issued by the State Fiscal Officer upon proper requisition.

Effective July 1, 2020.
