Appropriates $12,644.00 for county livestock shows with a maximum of $1,000.00 per county, requiring county livestock associations to guarantee minimum $500.00 in prizes.

Appropriates $54,585.00 for five district livestock shows, $7,066.00 for five state dairy shows (with at least 75% going to 4-H Club and Smith-Hughes School members), $11,884.00 for Mississippi High School Rodeo national finals, and $42,730.00 for the NCHA Eastern National Championship.
