Appropriates $2,583,150.00 from the State General Fund for expenses of the Governor's office, staff, and Governor's Mansion for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Appropriates an additional $665,000.00 from the State Treasury to the Governor's office for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 38 permanent full-time positions, 1 permanent part-time position, 7 time-limited full-time positions, and 0 time-limited part-time positions within the Executive Department.

Directs the Executive Department to maintain accounting and personnel records at the same format and detail level as fiscal year 2020, and requires the fiscal year 2022 budget request to use comparable format and detail.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
