Appropriates $26,250,693.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Appropriates $18,951,588.00 from special funds to the Department of Information Technology Services for telecommunications, data center, and IT services to state agencies.

Authorizes 132 permanent full-time positions for the Department of Information Technology Services.

Appropriates $10,107,880.00 from the State General Fund to the Wireless Communication Commission for fiscal year 2021, with authorization for 10 permanent full-time positions.

Authorizes the Executive Director of Information Technology Services to transfer up to $750,000.00 to the ITS Revolving Fund to address cash flow problems, with required repayment before the end of the fiscal year lapse period.
