Appropriates $7,957,795.00 to the Mississippi Department of Corrections for increased private prison costs in Fiscal Year 2020.

Appropriates $4,239,367.00 to the Department of Corrections for medical program expenses.

Appropriates $1,954,885.00 to the Office of the Attorney General for outside legal assistance, expert witness fees, court fees, judgments, and settlement agreements, including specific allocations for multiple lawsuits and legal cases.

Appropriates $5,000,000.00 to the Department of Human Services for repayment of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program funds.

All funds are drawn from the Capital Expense Fund and are effective upon passage through June 30, 2021.
