Coahoma County Board of Supervisors is authorized to contribute up to $15,000 annually from the county general fund to But God Ministries at the board's discretion.

But God Ministries must maintain 501(c)(3) or similar tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service, file required tax returns timely, and provide proof to the board.

Donated funds must be used within Coahoma County.

The authorization expires and is repealed effective September 30, 2021.

The act takes effect upon passage.
