Reappropriates $200,000 from the Capital Expense Fund for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021) for Small Business and Grocer Investment Act projects in Quitman County, Mississippi.

Authorizes funding under Section 57-10-701, et seq., and Senate Bill 3057 from the 2019 Regular Session.

Limits expenditures to the unexpended balance remaining as of June 30, 2020.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
