Appropriates $1.00 from the Budget Contingency Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for COVID-19 eligible expenses from passage through June 30, 2021.

Appropriates $1.00 from the DFA CARES Act COVID-19 Fund (Fund Number 6820113000) to the Department of Finance and Administration for COVID-19 eligible expenses from passage through June 30, 2021.

Expenditures must be certified by the State Fiscal Officer as qualified for reimbursement under Section 5001 of the federal CARES Act and applicable Treasury Department guidance before funds can be spent.

Funds are payable by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer in the manner provided by law.

Act takes effect July 1, 2020 and repeals on June 30, 2021.
