Authorizes issuance of up to $150,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund improvements to Legion Lake Park in Houston, Mississippi.

Bond proceeds will fund a walking track around the lake perimeter, fishing and walking bridge, solar lighting, paved parking lot, and four RV parking pads.

Creates a special fund called the "2020 City of Houston Legion Lake Park Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds.

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2024, and have a maximum maturity of 25 years from the date of issue.

Full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi is pledged to back the bonds; any remaining funds after project completion will be applied to bond debt service.
