Changes the deadline for states, municipalities, counties, and fire protection districts to show proof of insurance coverage under the First Responders Health and Safety Act from January 1, 2022, to January 1, 2023.

Transfers oversight of First Responders Health and Safety Act implementation from the Attorney General to the Commissioner of Insurance.
