Urges the Governor and Secretary of State to develop an agreement with other Southeastern States to establish a "Southeastern Super Tuesday Presidential Primary for the 2024 Election"

Requests that Mississippi enter into a State Pledge to hold its presidential primary no later than the first Tuesday after the first Monday in March 2024

Directs the Legislature to enact appropriate legislation to enable the interstate agreement and coordinate the regional primary system

Emphasizes that a coordinated Southeastern primary would enhance voter participation, strengthen the political process, and protect the rights of regional states to participate in the presidential nomination process

Requires the resolution be forwarded to the Governor, Secretary of State, and various national legislative and gubernatorial organizations
