Designates April 13-19, 2020, as "Mississippi Mosquito and West Nile Virus Awareness Week" to address public health concerns related to mosquito-borne illness.

Notes that Mississippi reported 50 cases of West Nile Virus in 2018 (no deaths) and 63 cases in 2017 (two deaths), with most cases occurring between July and September.

Encourages public schools to teach West Nile Virus prevention in health, science, and biology classes and to include insect repellent in classroom supplies, particularly in elementary grades.

Directs the State Board of Health, State Board of Education, and University of Mississippi Medical Center to disseminate mosquito management and prevention information to schools and families during the awareness week.
