Celebrates the elevation of Bishop Dr. Charles E. Bass to the Office of Bishop in the Miletus College of Bishops on February 22, 2020.

Recognizes Bass as Senior Pastor and Founder of Family Worship Church, Inc. in Greenville, Mississippi (founded September 16, 2007) and notes his roles as a licensed Faith-Based Clinical Therapist and Professor at Exodus School of the Bible in Cleveland, Mississippi.

Acknowledges Bass's ecclesiastical credentials including ordination since April 19, 1981, a Doctor of Divinity degree from Triune Biblical University (2009), and certificate from American Baptist Theological Seminary.

Honors Bass's community service and positive impact through counseling, advice, employment and legal assistance while serving as a dedicated husband and religious leader.

Extends the Legislature's best wishes to Bishop Bass and directs that this resolution be presented to him and provided to the Capitol Press Corps.
