Commends the Holmes Community College "Lady Bulldogs" Women's Soccer Team and Head Coach Matt Convertino for winning the 2019 Mississippi Association of Community Colleges State Championship and 2019 National Junior College Athletic Association Region XXIII Championship

Team achieved an 18-3 overall record, 7-1 in the North Division, and secured their 4th consecutive North Division Championship (2016-2019)

Team scored 115 goals in the season (most in Holmes Community College history), with Cariel Ellis named All-Time Leading Goal Scorer and Mackenzie Thompson named All-Time Leading Assist Holder

Roster included 24 student athletes and Head Coach Matt Convertino

Resolution directs presentation of the commendation to Coach Convertino and Holmes Community College President Dr. Jim Haffey, with distribution to the Board of Trustees and Capitol Press Corps
