Extends deepest sympathy of the Mississippi Senate to the family of Sheena Renee Comfort Miles, who died on May 1, 2020, from COVID-19 at age 60.

Commends her 35-year nursing career, including 25 years at Scott Regional Hospital as an Emergency Room Nurse, where she cared for COVID-19 patients until her death.

Recognizes her service as a healthcare frontline worker during the COVID-19 pandemic and her belief that all such workers are heroes.

Honors her life as a graduate of Morton High School, wife of Reverend Tommy Miles for 43 years, mother of Representative Tom Miles, and member of the insurance and church communities.

Directs that this resolution be presented to her family, the nursing community of Morton, Mississippi, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
