McKay Lee Bray of Greene County was crowned 2020 Mississippi Miss Hospitality on August 8, 2020, at the Historic Saenger Theater in Hattiesburg, making her the state's 71st Miss Hospitality.

Bray was selected from 36 contestants following virtual preliminary rounds in June and a Top 10 on-stage competition.

As Miss Hospitality, Bray will serve as Goodwill Ambassador for Economic Development and Tourism for Mississippi and participate in events promoting the state's tourism attractions and industries.

Bray attends Jones College pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences and plans to attend the University of Mississippi to pursue a career in Internal Medicine in a rural Mississippi area.

The Senate congratulates McKay Lee Bray on her achievement and directs that this resolution be presented to her and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
