Removes the requirement that religious institutions' conduct be "primarily supported by government grants or contracts, funds solicited from their own membership, congregations or previous donors" from the definition of charitable organizations, eliminating the reference to "previous donors."

Modifies service of process requirements for charitable organizations, professional fund-raisers, fund-raising counsel, and professional solicitors that solicit contributions in Mississippi to comply with Section 79-35-13 and the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure, rather than requiring designation of a registered agent or service upon the Secretary of State.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
