Adds aggravated DUI provisions allowing penalties up to twice the normal sentence and fine for DUI causing bodily injury or with blood alcohol concentration of .20% or higher.

Extends expunction eligibility period for first offense DUI from 5 years to 10 years after successful completion of sentence, and adds 10-year lookback period for out-of-state prior convictions.
